These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website located at zenohe-heyixe.info (the "Site") and your enrollment in any calligraphy course offered by Zenohe Heyixe Calligraphy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enroll in any course.
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zenohe Heyixe Calligraphy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Enrollment in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials — including pre-recorded video lessons, course portal, and feedback submission features — for your own individual educational use. This license does not include the right to share access credentials with other individuals, reproduce or distribute course videos, or use course materials for commercial instructional purposes. The printed workbook included with enrollment is a physical product shipped to the address you provide and is yours to keep upon delivery.
Course access is intended to be non-expiring for the video lesson content. However, we reserve the right to modify the course platform or content with reasonable notice. If significant changes affect access to content you have enrolled in, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students by email.
All content on this Site and within the course, including but not limited to video lessons, text, graphics, workbook designs, letterform illustrations, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of Zenohe Heyixe Calligraphy or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any course content or Site content without our prior written permission.
Practice work you create using the course materials remains your own. By submitting practice photos to the course portal for feedback, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use those images solely for the purpose of providing written feedback to you. We will not publish, share, or otherwise use your submitted practice images without your explicit written consent.
Upon enrollment, we ship the printed workbook to the mailing address you provide. Shipping is included in the enrollment price for addresses within the United States. International shipping incurs an additional charge calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided at enrollment, carrier delays, customs clearance for international shipments, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your workbook has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Refund eligibility is determined by the following conditions: if the workbook has not yet been shipped and no video lessons have been accessed, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of enrollment. If the workbook has been shipped but not yet delivered and fewer than two video lessons have been accessed, a partial refund minus the shipping cost may be considered. Once the workbook has been delivered and more than two video lessons have been accessed, refunds are not available. Gift cards are non-refundable once issued but have no expiration date. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your enrollment details and the reason for your request.
You agree to use the Site and course materials only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or course platform; use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site's functionality; submit practice photos or communications that contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; impersonate any person or entity; or attempt to circumvent any access controls or licensing restrictions.
The Site and course materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the course content. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site and course is at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenohe Heyixe Calligraphy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or course shall not exceed the amount you paid for your enrollment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.
